Six things every UK DSP recruiter loses time to every week. We fix all of them.
One inbox for every job board
Indeed, Totaljobs, CV-Library. Auto-deduped by email and phone, source-tagged, ready to call. Email-forwarding works on day one — no API contracts needed.
Auto-dialler call queue
Tap one number, talk, hang up, tap the next. Killer questions populate during the call. No answer? Auto-callback tomorrow. The phone-screening grind, gone.
DSP-shaped pipeline
Three stages built for how UK DSPs actually hire: To call → Interview → Onboarding. Lost candidates tagged with reason. Onboard the keepers as your contracted drivers.
DVLA pre-screen
Enter the share code, surname and licence number and get a pass/fail verdict on categories, points, endorsements and disqualifications — with the reason spelled out. The filter you run before paying £40 for a full background check.
Self-book or recruiter-book
Send a candidate a slot picker, or book during the call. Either way the interviews calendar fills automatically and the candidate gets a confirmation. Recruiter-booked and self-booked are clearly tagged.
Compliance trail built in
Lawful basis and retention stored per candidate, a self-service deletion link, and an audit log that records every call, message and stage change. The evidence you need when a DSP gets audited.
From "Indeed sent me 30 applications" to "interview booked" in under 4 minutes.
Applications land
Forward Indeed emails, paste a CSV, or hook a webhook. Candidates appear in your inbox tagged with their source.
Call in batches
Open the call queue. Tap a number to dial. Capture killer-question answers while you talk.
Book or callback
One tap to book an interview slot, send a self-book link, or schedule a callback for tomorrow.
Onboard & go
Pass DVLA, run the interview, mark as onboarding. Your new driver's road-ready and contracted to your station.
One flat price per station. No per-recruiter charges.
Flat monthly pricing per delivery station — no per-recruiter or per-candidate metering. Annual contracts 15% off, and a paid pilot to de-risk it — ask us.

The questions DSPs ask first.
How does DriverTrack get applications from Indeed / Totaljobs / CV-Library?+
Two ways work from day one: forward the application emails Indeed, Totaljobs and CV-Library send you to your DriverTrack address and we auto-extract the candidate — name, phone, email, postcode, source-tagged — or upload a CSV export for bulk. A direct Indeed Apply feed, where Indeed posts applications straight into DriverTrack, is supported architecturally but only goes live once Indeed's own partner programme is in place: a signed developer agreement, integration approval and a job feed, all on Indeed's side. We set that up with you when you're ready — it isn't an instant switch, and we won't claim a live Indeed API integration before it's completed.
How does the DVLA pre-screen work?+
The candidate generates a free share code at gov.uk/view-driving-licence (about two minutes). You enter the share code, their surname and their driving licence number — the same three details gov.uk/check-driving-information asks for — and DriverTrack returns a structured pass/fail verdict on licence categories, penalty points, endorsements and disqualifications, with the failing reason spelled out. It's the filter you run before paying for a full background check. A direct DVLA API integration is on the roadmap; today the pre-screen structures and records the check rather than live-querying DVLA.
What happens once a driver reaches Onboarding?+
They become a contracted driver for your station — DriverTrack never hands drivers to Amazon. We store their compliance record (DVLA, Right-to-Work evidence, audit log) so you can evidence due diligence and clear Amazon's eligibility intake. DriverTrack's job is done once the driver is road-ready for you; your internal onboarding paperwork stays yours.
Is it GDPR compliant?+
Built UK GDPR-first: a lawful basis recorded per candidate, retention defaulting to 6 months from last activity, a self-service DSAR deletion link for every candidate, an audit log on every state change, multi-tenant data isolation, and TLS encryption in transit. Published Privacy Policy is live; Cyber Essentials certification is in progress.
Can I try before paying?+
Yes. Book a 15-minute demo and we'll set up a seeded sandbox for you to poke around. A paid 60-day pilot is available for £499, credited 100% toward your first year.
See it in 15 minutes. Decide for yourself.
We'll walk through the full flow on a seeded sandbox: applications landing, call queue, DVLA pre-screen, interview booking, handoff. No pitch deck.
